We prefer the art file saved in pdf format, also accept eps, ai, jpg, psd or tif format in CMYK mode.

Please send photo & font files separately if the art file created by Adobe Illustrator

All layers have to be flatten if the art file created by Adobe Photoshop

File created by Mac please export to tif format prior transfer.

Resolution is at least 100 ppi but not more than 300 ppi by 1:1 ratio

File size formats are accepted in full-size, half-size and quarter-size with the goal being the final size resolution of 100dpi. Insufficient resolution will cause Pixelization or the "Jaggies".
